✅ No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns on any products once the order has been delivered.

Due to the nature of our products (health & wellness / personal care), we cannot take back delivered items for hygiene and safety reasons.

✅ No Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for any products.

Once a product is delivered, it cannot be exchanged for another item, size, or variant.

✅ Damaged / Wrong Product Received (Exception Handling)

Although we do not allow returns or exchanges, we understand that rare issues may occur during shipping.

If you receive an item that is:

• Damaged

• Leaked

• Broken packaging

• Wrong product delivered

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

✅ Order number
✅ Clear photos of the product and outer packaging
✅ Unboxing video (highly recommended)

After verification, our support team will guide you with the best possible resolution.

✅ Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped yet.

• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
